Q2 for Week 9. First time breaking 6 minute per mile mark in interval training, felt really strong today, almost mechanized. Really pumped to see that 5:54 time, I'll have to do a one-mile all out speed test when this is all over. I might be able to break my high school record soon enough. Two huge weeks coming up to finish phase II out strongly.
Then phase III, when I really can start to let the ponies loose. 3 weeks to phase III.
