Notes

Split the remaining make-up mileage over 2 days (Sunday + Monday). This workout was similar to Hudson's week 2 Sunday workout of 6 miles (last 20 mod). Ran the warm-up portion over some great new singletrack and doubletrack trails that I happened upon at the end of a dead end road.
