Really pressed for time this morning woke up late and had work at 10 so I just tried to get as many miles as I could in the time I hadn felt good, really hilly, ended up "sprinting" up the hills for a sort of workout. There was about 5 or 6 good sized steeeeep hills. Was hoping to get in a run later this evening but didn't get done working till midnight so I called it a day. Felt pretty good/comfortable though.
