Light tempo early this morning. Met up at Zach's at 5:30am. I did their workout which was a 30min tempo, which ended up being 5.6 miles (5:27, 5:25, 5:25, 5:20, 5:15, 3:07(5:13 pace)). 1 min rest and then a 4:59 mile. Warm up and cool down was 5.8 miles (40:00) chill. Pretty easy workout (obviously), just good to get something with a decent pace in this week. I took yesterday off to rest my hip, so going my normal tempo pace didn't seem like a good idea. Hip still a little sore. Working on it.
