Good workout today. My hamstrings were pretty sore from the lunges and stuff we did yesterday, so this light speed made them pretty dead afterwards. The workout went well, not too hard not too easy, perhaps a bit on the harder side though, with my sore hamstrings it seemed. But my lower leg felt a lot better, still a tad bit sore on the turns but I tried to take them a little easier. Anyways, I did three miles to warmup (6:04, 5:59, 5:50) and then straight into the fartlek. I did 12x1 row on - 1 row off. The hard ones were: 68, 66, 64, 63, 67, 65, 65, 65, 66, 63, 62, 61 , the easy ones were basically all 1:30-1:40. And then I ran 2 miles back to campus for the cooldown (6:01, 5:46).
