Decent run today, calves were sort of dead and didn't give me much spring in my step but I was still able to go closer to normal pace with it still feeling comfortable. Splits were 6:10, 6:06, 5:58, 5:50, 5:53, 5:47, 5:46, 5:47, 5:42, 5:51 (slowed down when I ran into the guys who were just starting to run), and then 5:47....did 5x100m strides with drills in between on the grass field afterwards.
