Decent long run today. I was still pretty sore and tired but I got down to a decent pace the second half. Stopped about halfway through to stretch and loosen up a bit and then I felt a lot better. Splits were: 6:24, 6:18, 6:12, 6:11, 6:01, 5:57, 5:53, 5:53, 5:46, 5:39, 5:35, 5:38, 5:35, 5:28
