Not sure how to enter a workout onto this program so I just added the warm-up, intervals, and cool down as three separate runs. Don't know how to add in the 90 seconds rest between repeat miles either. I decided to do just three miles at 5:10 pace instead of 3x5' at 5:10 pace because I figured the extra 10 seconds wouldn't hurt. I ended up taking the first mile too fast (5:05) and the second one too slow (5:15), but the last one was dead on (5:10), so I still averaged 5:10 pace overall. I'm still sick, getting better, but still feeling kind of sh*tty in the lungs and throat.
