Notes

Good tempo today. I made sure to eat well before this time so I had enough energy to last all 14 miles, haha. It felt really good though. The first 8 miles just felt like a normal run but as the pace quickened it felt more like a tempo. I felt really strong throughout though.6:12, 5:57, 5:54, 5:56, 5:53, 5:43, 5:39, 5:34, 5:23, 5:17, 5:13, 5:10, 5:10, 5:08. My leg felt pretty sturdy today as well.
