Notes

Workout was 1.5mi, 1mi, 1/2mi with 3 minutes rest im between intervals. The pace was supposed to be 4:50 buuut we dropped it quite a bit on the last 2 intervals to 4:45 amd 4:34 pace, respectively. Good workout. Didn't feel pain from my knee at all, which is awesome! Legs were really tired for some reason, going into the workout. It didn't really bother me too much though, since the workout was pretty chill.
