Easy recovery run, left groin/hip was sore, buy I'd attribute that to my PT appointment this morning (they worked it out pretty good so that makes sense) Aaaanyways, Splits were 6:38, 6:21, 6:22, 6:20, 6:06, 6:11, 6:09, 6:07....did 4x100m strides afterwards
