Well, today didn't go as planned. I should have known better, went to bed super late last night (this morning technically) and As a result ate breakfast too close to the workout. It was warm out but I don't think that did much, I was mainly light headed and nauseas out there. Anyways the workout was 800-(90sec rest)- 4x2000m with 3min rest between. Started off on pace and got slower each rep. Not a great day....splits were: 2:20, 6:02, 6:04, 6:06, 6:07....hip and groin felt really crappy afterwards as well.
