Driving up from long beach today and didn't get in my run yet so I decided to stop along the Grapevine and get a run in. I did 9 miles, it felt okay, my calves were still a little sore/tight, but effort-wise it felt very comfortable. Splits were as follows: 6:20, 6:03, 5:59, 5:47, 5:47, 5:39, 5:39, 5:37, 5:28
