Notes

Solid little workout today I just did 4x1000m with 90 seconds rest. I was planning on just keeping them around 3 flat and suprisingly I was right on pace every time. They went as follows 2:59, 3:00, 3:01, 3:00. I felt pretty good. Its been awhile since ive done anything sub 5 min pace so it felt pretty good I think.
