Notes

Great run today. Calves were still feeling a bit fatigued for the first 5 miles but it seemed to wear off as we started to bring the pace down and I felt much more comfortable. Splits were: 6:31, 6:08, 6:06, 6:00, 5:53, 5:35, 5:27, 5:22, 5:13, 5:14. Strange because it felt like just a normal run, and usually 5:13 pace doesn't feel that easy, but I'm happy because I think that shows good things for my current fitness level. I think everything just feels a lot easier after running that 10k, ha.
