my legs were pretty sore from yesterdays workout (calves mostly), but what thats to be expected. However, what bothered the most was my achilles. these new shoes have done nothing but thrash my achilles. mostly its just blisters, but after this workout it feels as if it was bruised. (only my right achilles experiences this pain.) I had to fold down the heel backing just for the run to be bearable. Needless to say, i have ordered a different pair of shoes that will hopefully be here sometime next week. In the meantime, i will be icing my achilles and using my old shoes.
