Workout went okay today. My body was still tired so I just made it a another 4 mile tempo. The whole 7 miles was constant though, i just used the first two miles to warm up into pace and then I picked it up right then for four miles and slowed down on the 7th mile for a "cooldown type thing." The times were as follows: 6:03, 5:36, 5:23, 5:22, 5:20, 5:08, 5:44.
