Notes

Decent workout today. For some reason something just felt off and I couldn't mentally focus at all the last mile. Still ran consistent though, so it wasn't a complete failure, but not how I wanted it to go. Anyways we did 1600-800-800-400-400-400-400-1600 with half each distance for the jogging recovery. Splits were 4:36, 2:16, 2:15, 64, 65, 64, 65, 4:36.
