Notes

Good run today, I just chilled around 6:10 pace and it felt relaxing. Yesterday's workout wasn't too hard so I felt okay today. Splits were 6:26, 6:10, 6:13, 6:11, 6:11, 6:10, 6:08, 6:06, 6:01, 6:01, 6:05, 5:56, 5:55, 5:55.
