Recovery run, kept it slow and easy. Stopped halfway because I was just so tired and light headed. Splits were 6:50, 6:30, 6:26, 6:22, 6:16, 6:13, 6:14, 6:13. Did 4x100m strides afterwards. Left hip/groin was sore today, it's been getting worse these past few days. Went into the ATR and did some work on it- it's feeling a little better, we'll see tomorrow.
