Good tempo run today. Ridiculously windy though, which made it hard to drop the pace...but I did, so it guess it didn't matter too much. The first 4 miles we averaged about 6:25 pace. The next four miles averaged around 5:37 pace (we were high 5:40's the first mile, but then we dropped a 5:36 and 5:28 the next two, but the last one was a high 5:48 due to the wind). The last set of four miles was done in 20:38, so about 5:10 pace.
