I ate like crap today and ran like it too. We had about 12-14" of snow that ended this morning. The roads were a little slick from the snow lightly drifting across. The roads in Goldsboro turned from wet to icy as the sun was going down.
The workout was w/u for one mile, 8 reps of .5 mile hard/.25 easy and then 1 mile cool down.
