I ran 2 before Cas showed up. We started with Tom and Reagan and then Kerri joined us. Cas was late and then cut it short so we didn't get to go our planned course.
My shoulder hurt like hell and my hip wasn't bad but it did ache a little for the last 2-3 miles. Cas did well. She showed good speed and the runs were longer between breaks.
