Notes

the last 3 times I've done weights, my shoulders/upper arm ended up hurting later. (the last 2 times it was only my left side).

So decided to not do chest press, pulldown, side raises or pullover to rest those muscles and see how I feel, then reintroduce them to see if I can determine which exercise is the issue.

Did not experience any pain afterwards.
