Amazing workout, once again. Thought I was gonna cramp but didn't think about it and it didn't end up happening. Long stride must really be making a difference; felt so strong during this. First mile was into the wind which resulted in a 5:56 but the rest were 5:46, 5:30, and 5:32. Really impressed with myself and the other guys today.
