Felt really solid today and got thinking about "easy" runs. I think of it as two categories. Aerobic development easy runs and recovery easy runs. Both are within the "easy" range, but the aerobic development run is faster, just not uncomfortably fast. I didn't feel like I was pushing it at all today. I actually think I felt better opening up a bit and staying under 7 compared to if I had held back and stayed near 7:30. Obviously true recovery runs have their place in the week, which'll be tomorrow for me.
