Beautiful temperature. The lower outside of both legs have felt really tight lately around my soleus. It's worse on my left I'm guessing from the ankle roll. I don't think it's anything too serious but I'm not sure what to do. I'm seeing a PT in Clinton next week to do a wellness check so I'll ask about it.
