Planned to do 10-12. My left knee/behind my knee felt off in the first mile but I assumed it was just kinda tired from the bike and would loosen up but it got worse and I had to stop and walk back. I can walk okay on it but when I try to run it hurts and affects my stride too much and I don't want to push it. Hoping it's nothing serious.
