It would be so lovely to see these as my mile splits one day. Great freshen up "workout", not much effort. Left foot wasn't terrible since I was in lane 5 mostly, and it felt way better when I put spikes on. My pegs are a little big and I'm guessing the lack of stabilization is mostly what hurts my foot when turning.
