Felt great today! Was feeling a little groggy before running, but got better. Ran for 15 minutes and then 5 minute cool down (decrease by 0.2 mph every 45 seconds). Felt like I could run more but don't want to push yet.

Way better than the past two runs! Then again, it's indoor and on a treadmill. First run this week, I could barely run 5 minutes without feeling like poop.
