Comment: "Felt sore in the legs at the start, and it was a really good workout. Wish I had someone to stick with for the 4 and 5 laps, but it was good nevertheless. I didnt have nearly as much rest as I did in the last workout, and I think that this really helped me. Going to go easy tomorrow and a tempo run on Thursday in preperation for the meet on saturday."
