Good tempo run. Started with Ken, Tiffany, and Jonathan at 8:10 pace, 2 mile spit was 16:00, started picking it up in the 3rd mile, From about mile 3.5 on, kicked it into another gear. All of Lower SC Road was in the 6:40-6:45s. Came in hard
