Wicked Fast wed. First mile with Mike JOnes in 6:38, then had a pain after 1.5 miles in my thigh, slowed down to 8:00 pace for rest of run. When finsihed, ran another 2.5 miles with M Jones as warm down. Not a great run. Will do another 6-10 this evening
