Great Hill workout. From Station Camp HS to Jenkins to Longview (7:15 pace). Ran the Longview Monster Hill to Long Hollow Pike 3 times each direction then back to HS. Brutal hill, had to walk a bit on them but worked hard on picking up the speed coming back down each time. Each loop had 500 feet of elevation gain (and loss) total of 1500 feet elevation
