Saucony Progrid Ride 2 - yellow (#16 Progride Rid)
Started at Gallatin Publix, running Hwy 31E about a mile past the gas station in Bethpage, turned around and ran back to Publix. Good, long run, lots of long hills. Steady 8:00 pace the entire run.
