Ran the same run as yesterday: 6.6 mph (9:05 pace) for 4 miles, 7.7 mph (7:47 pace) for 2 miles in the middle of run.
Was wanting to compare running with the X-Bionic shirt with a regular tech shirt. I definitely felt better on the first run with the X-Bionic. Noticed the temperature of the X-Bionic shirt was cool but on today's run (wearing Adidas Supernova shirt) the shirt was about body temperature. Never noticed before. Will wear the X-Bionic for both races this weekend and see if it makes a difference.
