Awesome workout with CNW. Busted out the flats. Ran with group 2A (and primarily Nick). The prescribed pace started at 5:42 and cut down to 5:30, but we obviously felt good and strayed from that. Went based in feel and kept with the cut downs. we even neg split most reps. Couldnt ask for a better workout (especially coming off a tough weekend): perfect fall weather, a solid running group, and some fresh(er) legs!
