W/U: 200 swim, 100 kick, 100 swim
Main Set - started in middle lane but Fast Jamie was leading and it was clear after the first 300, I couldn't hang so hopped over to lead lane 1
2 x Ladders 300 mod, 200 mod, 100 steady, 200 mod, 300 mod
50 kick between ladders
50 kick to cool down
Felt a little "clunky" in the water tonight at first. Tried to focus on body positioning and being smooth, I think as the workout moved on, I get a little better. Need to not over-think it.
