The plan was to get up at 5:30am and run before swim, but it didn't quite work out that way. I woke up with a headache and instead of hitting snooze I accidentally turned the alarm off. So, we decided to swim with the team and run after. Needless to say, I paid for oversleeping....it was brutally hot. I started out feeling pretty good but by the end of my run, I was toast. PE 85%+ mostly due to the temps. .
