In Cleveland for work but wanted to make-up my missed 200s. It's really cold here (1 degree) so I opted for the treadmill. I did a 10 minute warm-up and then did 12 :50 - 1 minute intervals at a 6:40-6:53 pace with 1-2minute recoveries at a 9:22-9:30 pace in between.
