Notes

* Computer on my rode bike isn't reading speed so no idea what my distance was. I am able to see cadence.

PE 75%, did a combination easy gear/high cadence with some hard gear hill simulation intervals, 1-legged drills, and super spins intervals (120+ cadence)

Following workout, my right leg was tighter/more sore, used roller and stretched but it only helped a little.
