Start to finish, the video took me about 45 minutes so, I started it from the beginning and did the warm-up sprints and the first set (5 minute Tempo ride) before my cool down.

I couldn't seem to get the tension on my trainer "right" tonight. It felt really tight when I was in the Big Ring, I tried adjusting it twice with no success (wondering now if perhaps the tire needed air).

* Noticed a little discomfort in my right knee at the end of the ride - like it needed to pop.
