W/U: 200 swim, 100 kick, 150 pull
So,I just felt "off" in the water tonight. Had a little tightness and discomfort in my right hip area. I could've fought through it to finish the workout but I just felt like my form was off and I wasn't able to swim with full-force. I was inefficient and working harder to sustain a pace slower than my normal moderate effort. As a result, I decided to call it a night. From experience, I'm pretty sure my SI Joint is out of place again, will make an appt to see Dr Maloy ASAP
