Before riding I went to Brett for a re-fit. Watching me pedal, he noticed I was pointing my toes down . - as it turns out I was compensating because my seat was too high and also too far forward. He pointed out that by doing so I wasn't really engaging my quads (so I'm thinking this was putting strain on my hip flexor and knocking things out of whack.

Also, my seat was sloping down.

He said he'd like to move the seat back a little more but didn't want to make an extreme change to quickly. Wanted me to try it out and let him know how it was working after a few rides.

I noticed an immediate difference while riding and after (for the better)
