Originally, I planned to do the CTS Climbing DVD, had wheel elevated and got about 28 minutes into the DVD when it stopped and could no longer be read (dust or scratch?) This workout ended up being more muscle tension intervals so it was probably good I had to switch dvds. I swapped it out for Coach Troy's No Slackers Allowed which includes ladders, sprints and "super spins".
Legs were spent at the completion of the workout.
