F2T Workout - PE 80% (Pulled lane)

W/U - 200 swim, 100 kick, 100 pull

4 x 200 (2 x mod, 1 easy, 1 steady)

2 x 400 moderate)

8 x 50 (easy out, hard back)

My shoulders and arms were pretty stiff/sore today from the bike wreck. I think swimming may have helped loosen them up a but there was some discomfort to fight through.
