PE 80%, swam in Stephen's lane. I got stuck in traffic on the way from the lake so I was running a little late and only got in 150 yds on the W/U.
We did ladders and I was able to keep up for the first 100, 200 &300 (!) we were supposed to be at Ironman effort but I was well-over,, my 300 was at 4:56and then got off the back a little so ended up cutting off a 50 here or there.
W/O Ended with 4 x 50 (first 25 easy, second 25 hard)
Overall I felt pretty good.
