I proceeded with caution on this morning's run. During the warm up, my legs felt pretty normal, although right felt a little more sluggish/fatigued. I didn't push too hard on the hard efforts, just picked it up a little. On the fifth one, I started to get a tingling sensation in the back of my right knee, down my calf and into the bottom of my foot so I decided to shut it down and finish off with an easy run. Stretched and am sitting on heating pad at the office.
