PE 70%, according to the Garmin my average HR was 206 and my max was 249 - clearly not accurate data - I have 2 monitors and I think the battery is starting to fade in one so I just ran based on PE. Since I got a late start b/c of work, I cut the run short by about 10 minutes. Still a little twinge in the right leg but I have another massage scheduled a week from tomorrow and have been diligent about stretching so hopefully that will get it taken care of
