In Toronto for work this week so, my workout was confined to the the treadmill at the hotel. It was pretty hot/dry in the gym with little air circulation. I put the treadmill on a 0.5 incline, Legs felt good during the run, but later in the day, my hips were a little achy (which could have been a combination of being in heels and running on the treadmill)
